New Superintendent Search Survey/Community Meetings

The Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District is partnering with Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) to search nationwide for our next superintendent. This follows the announcement of current Superintendent Dr. Brad Tooker’s retirement from the district in July 2025.

The superintendent search process includes multiple opportunities for staff, students, parents, and community members to provide input. The first step is completing a brief survey to share your thoughts on the district’s strengths, areas for improvement, and key leadership qualities needed in the next superintendent. HYA will compile this feedback and present it to the Board of Trustees to inform their decision.

This survey will be conducted anonymously, ensuring that your responses remain confidential and are not linked to your identity.

Two community meetings will be held, allowing you to share your input and participate in the superintendent search process. Your voices play a crucial role in shaping the future of Dry Creek schools. We encourage you to participate in both the survey and community meetings.
