Registration Confirmation for All Students

MARK YOUR CALENDARS: Finalize Your 2026-2027 Student Enrollment

Parents/Guardians of all returning and new students for the 2026-2027 school year will receive an email on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, alerting them to complete the required Student Data Confirmation to confirm your student's enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year. This is your opportunity to update your student's address, medical information, and emergency contact information and to review and acknowledge receipt of the Annual Parent/Guardian Rights Notifications.

Please note that if you change your address, it will not update in Aeries until you provide new proof of residency to the school clerk. Residency verification includes a current electric/gas utility bill, mortgage statement, or rental agreement. 

Parents/Guardians must complete this Data Confirmation by Monday, July 27, 2026. If this Data Confirmation is not completed by Monday, July 27, 2026, your access to Aeries will be locked, preventing you and your student from viewing your student's teacher assignment or class schedule for the 26/27 school year.

Before the last day of the 2025-26 school year, please ensure you can log into your Aeries account so you can complete this task when the Student Data Confirmation portal is released on July 7, as school offices will be closed until mid-July. Doing so gives you time to contact your school office if you need assistance logging in to your Aeries account.
