Returning Student Confirmation of Enrollment

Aeries Student Data Confirmation of Enrollment is required for all returning and new students.

To confirm your student's enrollment, it is required that each student's Aeries Student Data be confirmed and updated annually by their parent or guardian. The Student Data Confirmation is your opportunity to update or verify your student's address, medical information, hospital of choice, and emergency contact information, and review the Annual Parent/Guardian Rights and Notifications. This process takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

All returning and new student families will receive an email in July when the Aeries Student Data Confirmation is available. We respectfully ask all families to complete this required annual update as soon as possible, before the start of the new school year, to avoid enrollment complications. Students in grades 6-8 must complete Student Data Confirmation before their Premier Days event. Not completing this task by the deadline will lock your Aeries account, preventing you/your student from viewing their class schedule or teacher assignment for this school year.
